Key tasks
Job purpose:
Support the Group’s Global F&B strategy and assets in terms of visibility, attractiveness and experience
Main accountabilities:
Contribute actively to develop F&B visibility and perception
- Interact with global teams (loyalty, development….) to sustain the Group F&B policy and its visibility
- Interact with T&C teams to showcase F&B talents
- Develop annual Global communication plan around our stakeholders
Animate the F&B community worldwide
- Lead the global F&B intranet and internal platforms
- Define, update and deploy F&B tools for regions/countries based on our internal platform
- Develop new appropriate tools and media (Newsletter,…)
Manage the activation plan for key content around F&B 'ServiceIncluded'
- On the media (intranet, social media...) in relation to global communication, through events…
- Develop editorial & iconographic guidelines and charts
Monitor our F&B performance
- Coordinate data collection
- Produce performance dashboards
Support project management
- Benchmark, surveys…
Profile / background:
- Master/MBA in Global Hospitality Business (EHL, IMHI…)
- 2 years min of experience in operations (hotel/restaurant incl. training, apprenticeship)
- Fluent written and oral English
Main complexity / critical issues in the job:
- Understand and integrate both global and local F&B stakes
- Facilitate the interactions with all key teams within the Group
- Ensure regional/local deployment of tools developed centrally
Direct report to the SVP F&B Transformation and Experience
Key interactions:
- Internally: Regional F&B operations, Global brands, Procurement, Internal & External Communications, T&C, Finances, Digital & Media teams
- Externally: Branding agencies, Communication and Social media agencies - Production partners, F&B vendors
