Description of the job

APSYS Aerospace Business Unit is looking for a Human Factor specialist with a significant experience in ergonomics and cognitive fields for initiate a collaborative work with AIRBUS human factor department and for support human factor business & team development in APSYS.

Tasks & accountabilities

Responsibilities:

·  Contribute to AIRBUS R&D projects and apply human factor technics (knowledge acquisition, user-interface design, usability evaluation) for the development of future aircraft systems
·  Contribute to the analysis of in service occurrences from a human factor perspective human performances and limitations)
·  Organize and direct the work on human factors tasks to effectively and efficiently support product development efforts within APSYS organization:
·  Build and manage a team
·  Transfer knowledge and manage human factor skills
·  Support business development

Required skills

·  Graduate level or equivalent in applied psychology school.
·  Significant experience in product development for aerospace, transport or industry domains
·  Strong ergonomic and cognitive skills
·  Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams factors experts.
·  Ability to interface with customers in a highly professional manner.
·  Ability to quickly assimilate advanced domain knowledge.
·  Excellent communication both verbal and written and presentation skills.
·  Desire to build and lead a human factors team
