Description of the job
Airbus Defence and Space (Ottobrunn in Germany) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
Within the Strategy department of Airbus Defence and Space / Space Systems, you will support the team to perform research and analysis for strategic projects and initiatives.
This internship will start on 4th January 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
You main tasks will include:
· Performing research on customer segments, competitors and technologies to support market analysis and strategic planning,
· Organising and maintaining multiple sources of external research,
· Supporting Mergers and Acquisition - M&A case presentation, strategic fit development, synergies identification, financial evaluation, support during due diligence, etc.,
· Creating presentations and other materials to support communication of strategy.
Profil recherché
Required skills
You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree of a business school or university, specialising in company's management/administration.
You ideally have initial experience in commercial and competencies in:
· MS Excel and Powerpoint,
· Internet search tools,
· Use of professional databases,
· Solid understanding of economic and business concepts.
You are recognised for your:
· Ability to summarize complex issues and opportunities into high-level insights,
· Strong analytical capability,
· Solid writing and communication skills, personal organisation skills,
· Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
English: advanced level.
French: negotiation level.
