Rejoignez-nous en tant que IT Business Partner !

Vous rejoindrez le département GEO IT Services France, partie intégrante de l’Unité « Services Solutions, M&A, CIS & UAS » qui travaille en proximité avec IM et les équipes métiers de « Connected Intelligence ».

Au sein de ce département, vous serez basé à Toulouse et serez membre de l’équipe Business IT, composée de salariés et de sous-traitants.

Dans l’équipe Business IT, vous serez un contact IT pour les relations avec les entités externes : les métiers, les prestataires externes et toute équipe IM ou autre du groupe Airbus. En quoi consistent ces relations ? Vous serez en interface avec potentiellement tous les métiers au sein de Connected Intelligence, Airbus Defence & Space et les autres entités Airbus, mais aussi les fournisseurs et partenaires pour contribuer aux interactions avec les équipes IT de GEO France sur les programmes, projets, opérations, process, communications.

Dans le cadre de ce poste, des déplacements sont à prévoir occasionnellement.

Vos principales tâches et responsabilités comprennent :

# Collecter les besoins des métiers

# Gérer les relations avec les métiers lors des projets

# Négocier avec les métiers

# Produire des ROM Cost

# Etablir des plannings, des roadmaps

# Transformer des besoins métiers en EPIC, selon nos méthodes Agile

# Gérer des relations contractuelles avec des fournisseurs

# Produire des KPI

# Gérer des budgets

# Promouvoir les services communs IT et les solutions IT

# Piloter des comités

# Etablir et maintenir des contacts avec les équipes IT Airbus

You will join the IT Services France Department belonging to the Services Solutions, M&A, CIS & UAS Unit and closely working with IM and Intelligence business teams. Within this Department, you will be located in Toulouse as a member of Business IT Team. This team includes internal subcontracted resources.

In the IT Business Partner team, you will be one of contact for IT external relationship. What are external relationship? Potentially, you will be in touch with all the team (anywhere in Airbus), external organization as provider or partner, Geo customer, to manage all the interactions with Geo IT.

This position requires occasional travel.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

# Produce ROM Cost

# Establish macro planning

# Transform needs in EPIC, to follow Agile Process, and bond with Factory team

# Manage external contracts

# Manage Steering Committees

# Establish recurring contact with IT Airbus teams
