Description of the job
A vacancy for a Supply Officer has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.
You will join the team in charge of Procurement Supply Management for Cabin.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· Performing requirements planning, material requirements planning, procurement of components, equipment, systems, materials and services that meet quality requirements, ensure deliveries monitoring (quantity, deadline, price), and communicating with supplier and internal customers
· Checking and eliminating delivery and performance disturbances, this includes recovery activities
· Identifying and classifying risks and introducing first corrective measures
· Controlling and analyzing the manufacturer's delivery performance on the basis of key figures (KPIs) (e.g. D1, missing parts status), and defining, introducing and tracking corrective measures
· Checking need data of the internal supplier (e.g. Engineering) for completeness and correctness, and clarifying, if required
· Ensuring the data management accompanying the introduction of new products (process governing new components) / modifications
· Analyzing and monitoring agreed storage reaches. If necessary, initiating measures to optimize inventory levels
· Supporting transnational projects by expert advice

Required skills
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
· Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering services or economics with several years of work experience
· Communication skills: ability in networking, and used to work with many interfaces
· Experience in supply Chain, or Customer Services would be a solid advantage
· Flexibility and cooperation spirit
· Your motivation and willingness will be your most important assets
· Negotiation level of English
