Job Description:

Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à rejoindre l'organisation de Transformation Digitale et Commerciale d'Airbus Canada (A220), une organisation nouvellement formée jetant les bases de la préparation d'Airbus Canada pour le prochain chapitre.

La transformation comprend et s'efforce de connecter tous les éléments des aspects humains et humains du changement, de l'optimisation et de l'efficacité des processus, du support de la technologie numérique et des outils innovants tout en gardant un œil sur la culture et la façon de travailler.

La transformation d'Airbus Canada est une avancée très significative pour faire évoluer notre façon de travailler et nos outils, sécuriser la montée en puissance et préparer notre avenir.

La transformation s'étend sur plusieurs phases, ciblant des objectifs commerciaux distincts, garantissant toujours un lien étroit avec la technologie/les outils, les processus et les personnes.

Missions et responsabilités

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

· 
Conduire des réunions d'approfondissement visant à identifier et capturer les besoins métiers pouvant être couverts par la technologie d’intelligence artificielle.

· 
Proposer et mettre en œuvre un processus d'évaluation et de sélection des cas d’usages prometteurs 

· 
Mettre en œuvre de manière agile les cas d’usage sélectionné sur les plateformes d’intelligence artificielle Airbus basée sur les standards technologiques (Google Gemini)

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : 

· 
Connaissance en Intelligence Artificielle

· 
Bac +2 minimum

· 
Expérience sur des projets Agile Scrum, SAFe et/ou Kanban  

· 
Intérêt prononcé pour le monde de l'aéronautique  

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

· 
Approche collaborative, constructive et rationnelle pour faciliter la prise de décision collective

· 
Curiosité, Autonomie

· 
Excellente Communication tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, en Français et en Anglais

· 
Compréhension et appétence  pour les sujets et solutions informatiques complexes

A VIE in Artificial Intelligence Analyst has arisen within Airbus Commercial Canada, in Mirabel

In this Digital Transformation, Customer Services and Program Domain mission is to enable our customers (internal and external) to secure, transform and optimize their end-to-end operations, leveraging our digital services and solutions and our capability to foster innovation.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

· 
Conduct in-depth meetings aimed at identifying and capturing business needs that can be covered by artificial intelligence technology.

· 
Propose and implement a process for evaluating and selecting promising use cases

· 
Implement in an agile manner selected use cases on Airbus artificial intelligence platforms based on technological standards (Google Gemini)

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience: 

· 
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence

· 
Bac +2 minimum

· 
Experience on Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

· 
Pronounced interest in the world of aeronautics

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: 

· 
Collaborative, constructive and rational approach to facilitate collective decision-making
