Job Description:

Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial. Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France. Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation. Un poste sous contrat VIE d'ingénieur centre d'essai véhicule est à pourvoir au sein d’ Airbus Helicopters à Strykow. Vous rejoindrez ETPX.

Au sein du centre d'essais véhicule situé a Strykow, a proximité de Lotz, vous serez intégré à une équipe pluridisciplinaire dédiée a la réalisation d'essais mécanique tournants ou de fatigue/ statique. Votre niveau d'intervention se situera principalement sur la conception mécanique des bancs ainsi que sur le lien avec les centres d'essai de Marignane et Donauworth.

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

·  Conception mécanique de bancs d'essai
·  Reporting de l'avancement des projets d'essai en cours et en préparation 
·  Participation à la réunion hebdomadaire de suivi avancement (définition du besoin d'essai et des moyens correspondants)
·  Sollicitation/interface  BE centre d’essai France pour support activité Pologne 
·  Support à la planification d’essai et au suivi des coûts
·  Interface avec le centre d'essai de Marignane pour la préparation des futurs essais

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir une à deux fois par trimestre en France ou en Allemagne et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

·  Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste ou dans le domaine de la mécanique.
·  notion de Mesures Physiques ( capteurs, instrumentation, acquisition, étalonnages, traitement des données)
·  Utilisation Catia V5

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

·  curiosité technique
·  capacité a travailler dans un environnement multi culturel / multi métier
·  Rigueur
·  Méthodologie

Compétences linguistiques :

·  Niveau avancé en Anglais
·  Niveau avancé en Français
·  Polonais en un plus important

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for a vehicle test center engineer has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Strykow.You will join ETPX.

In the vehicle test centre located in Strykow, near Lotz, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to  mechanical tests . Your main focus will be  on the mechanical design of the benches and the interface with the test centres in Marignane and Donauworth.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Mechanical design of test benches
·  Reporting on the progress of ongoing and upcoming test projects 
·  Participation in the weekly progress monitoring meeting (definition of testing need and means)
·  Request/interface with test centre design office inFrance to support activity in Poland 
·  Support for trial planning and cost tracking
·  Interface with the Marignane test centre for preparation of future tests

This role will involve some travel for business in France and Germany and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

·  Holder of a general or mechanical engineering degree.
·  Physical Measurements (sensors, instrumentation, acquisition, calibrations, data processing)
·  Catia V5
·  technical curiosity
·  ability to work in a multi-cultural/multi technics environment
·  Rigour
·  Methodology

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

·  Advanced level in English
·  Advanced level in French
·  Polish is a real plus
