Internship – Mobile Device & Digital Risks Deployment (m/f)

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

MDDR (Mobile Devices, Digital Risks) and Appliance Protection is defined as insurance (extended warranty, accidental damage, theft, loss) and assistance services (i.e. delivery and installation services, IT remote assistance) for brown, white and grey/nomad products. Animated by an entrepreneurial drive and a strong expertise in the OEM/ Retail and Telco environment, you will build an industrial capability at group level and closely support the operating entities by contributing to our mission “Dare and care anytime, anywhere”.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key role, as internship, will be to design and deploy our MDDR deployment kit. This kit will be used by our Deployment Managers when deploying new projects globally and with our Allianz Worldwide Partners business units.
This deployment kit will include following non-exhaustive list of templates to be delivered by you: deployment project methodology / approach, business requirements specifications, project kick-off, Group Competence Centers deployment toolkit, Claims validation scripts, RACI, System & Process functional architecture, Run reporting / KPIs…
You will report directly to MDDR Head of Deployment & Run.

Your key responsibilities:

Ramp-up very rapidly on MDDR line of business specificities

Collect and analyze rapidly all documents linked to deployment of a project across AWP on Mobile Devices or Appliance Protection

Propose a list of target deployment kit deliverables

Design and write all deployment kit deliverables approved by Head of MDDR deployment & run

Coordinate and prepare any meetings and workshops linked to the deployment kit build-up

Ensure that sustainable process are deployed for document maintenance

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Last year internship of an academic engineering or business school

High engagement and motivation – “going to the extra-mile” behavior

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation English skills

Master in delivery high-performant PowerPoint / word documents

Results driven and solution oriented

Able to collect information in a matrix organization

Strong time management skills

Fluent English. French is a real plus

Experience in insurance sector and/or mobile industry is a plus but not mandatory

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and a matrix organization
