IS&T organization plays a key role by providing IS tools to the Sector. This organization is driven by 4 key principles:
· Be closer to “Business Partners” (Product Lines, Regions and Support Functions);
· Enable Sector alignment by implementing transverse programs and tools;
· Secure Project delivery on QCD by maintaining organization of transverse programs and reinforcing PM expertise;
· Actively manage Solution portfolio, in particular in terms of rationalization, criticality, run curve, continuity plan and support community.
GSI IS Referee will:
· Lead GSI Core Model evolution in accordance to Métier strategy
· Ensure GSI Core Model consistency
· Support GSI Roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied
· Provide high level support to the sites already deployed
· Ensure IS Landscape consistency for his functional domain
· Provide functional expertise to Métier stakeholders and support the transformation
Concerned functional domain : Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain planning and its landscape integration
Planning :
· SOP
· MPS
· demand management, planning strategy
· MRP
· Material Planning (stock levels anticipations, Zero Missing Part integration)
· Availibility check
Procurment :
· Outline agreement MRP integration
· Supplier relationship management (SNC, OTIF)
· Stock Item Purchasing
· Shipping
· Inter intra flow (STO & PO/SO)
Sourcing :
· Supplier management (SOL integration)
· RFQ / ALTES integration
· Non-Stock Purchasing
· Subcontracting
Responsibilities
Lead GSI Core Model evolution in accordance to Supply Chain and Sourcing strategy
· Help BPO to collect, filter and prioritize demands
· Support BPO and KU in the submission of their demands through GSI Scope Control process
· Assist business in establishing business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications and advising the appropriate solutions
· Translate the needs into IS requirements and deliverables for Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain planning
· Promote the use of unique Core Model, cross-businesses
· Prepare recommendations for decisions-making at Functional Review Board and Change Control Board
· Assist Business in formalizing business cases
Ensure GSI Core Model consistency (Procurement and Supply Chain planning)
· Ensure that GSI Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) :
· is well documented
· evolves consistently
· is not jeopardized by localisations
Support GSI Roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied
· Participate to Roll out Fit/Gap phase
· Validate and challenge Gap list from Fit/Gap
· Support KU in Roll-out Tests phases (integration, UAT)
Provide functional expertise to the sites already deployed
· Provide expertise to support sites on new topics / new processes
· Perform Rex to ensure that Core Model is applied in deployed sites
· Support VMO (Value Management Office) to get GSI value on deployed sites
Ensure IS Landscape consistency for his functional domain
· Provide expertise to support sites on new topics (new processes, new business stakes)
· Participate / Lead pre-study of new projects concerning IS Landscape of functional domain
· Participate / Lead new projects Procurement and Supply Chain planning domain
Provide functional expertise to Métier stakeholders and support the transformation
· Provide expertise to Métier stakeholders (BPO, VP Métier), by giving visibility of roadmap for GSI and its Landscape
Educational Requirements
You hold an engineering degree
You are fluent in English and eager to work with sufficient autonomy in an international, multi-cultural environment. You demonstrate good communication and organizational skills (ability to meet deadlines), intellectual curiosity, and creativity.
Knowledge and Experience
Deep knowledge and understanding of the Business
Technical Skills:
Detailed functional knowledge of the area and solution being analysed (SAP PP MM SD)
Clear presentation skills
Ability to deliver training
Influencing and negotiating skills
Ability to facilitate workshops
Ability to understand and produce business process flow diagrams.
