Au sein de la filiale de Shanghai du groupe Altyor, sous la responsabilité du CEO, tu intègres le département des Ressources Humaines (4 personnes). Tu es également un membre actif du CODIR et du comité RSE.
Tu occupes un poste riche et complet avec la double casquette Ressources Humaines et Communication ; tu es en lien constant avec tous les services de l’entreprise et les équipes RH et Communication du siège en France.
L’ensemble de tes missions sera orienté sur nos 4 objectifs statutaires mentionnes plus haut.

Pour mener à bien tes missions, tu es responsable du :

Recrutement et intégration
· Rédaction et publication des annonces
· Sélection des candidatures et conduite des entretiens
· Rédaction des propositions d’emplois et contrats de travail, supervision de la procédure de visa
· Intégration et suivi des nouveaux collaborateurs

Plan de formation
· Animation du plan annuel de formation
· Participation à la création de nouvelles formations

Développement/ Coaching / Support RH
· Mise en œuvre de projets RH
· Suivi des KPI groupe en lien avec l’équipe RH France
· Accompagnement des managers et collaborateurs sur l’ensemble des problématiques RH (recrutement, conseil, mobilité interne, entretiens annuels, revues salariales…)
· Animation et pilotage de la campagne d’entretiens annuels
· Gestion des conflits

Communication interne
· Définition de la stratégie de communication pour Altyor Shanghai
· Pilotage du budget communication interne
· Information des salarié(e)s sur l’actualité quotidienne de l’entreprise et de son environnement
· Animation au quotidien du contenu du réseau social de l’entreprise
· Animation de la Marque Employeur en interne en partenariat avec les départements RH/Communication France
· Gestion des visites des Altyormates de France

Qualité de Vie et des Conditions de Travail / RSE / Société à Mission
· Organisation d’évènements internes et externes
· Diffusion des enquêtes internes de satisfaction des collaborateurs
· Célébration des succès
· Alignement des objectifs groupe RSE et de la société à mission

Responsibilities
Within the Shanghai subsidiary of the Altyor Group, under the responsibility of the CEO, you join the Human Resources department (3 people). You are also an active member of the CODIR.
You occupy a rich and complete position with both Human Resources and Communication responsibilities; are in direct contact with all the company's departments, and with the HR and communication teams based in France.
The whole of your missions will be oriented to our 4 statutory objectives mentioned above.

To carry out your missions, you are responsible for the:

Recruitment and onboarding (foreigners & Chinese depending on the needs)
· Creating and posting job advertisements
· Screening application and interviewing
· Drafting and creating job proposals and job contracts, visa acquisition supervision
· Onboarding and follow-up of newcomers

Training and Professional Development
· Annual training plan animation
· Participation in the building of new training
· Animation and monitoring of key indicators.

Human Ressources Development / Coaching / Support
· Establishment/participation in various HR projects
· Follow up of the HR KPI group linked with the French RH team.
· Accompanying managers and employees on all HR issues (recruitment, coaching, follow-up/career development, etc)
· Animation and management of the annual performance review
· Participation in annual interviews with managers

Internal communication
· Definition of the communication strategy for Altyor Shanghai
· Manage the internal communication budget.
· Informing employees on the daily news of the company and its environment
· Daily animation of the content of the company's intranet site (posting of reports, videos, photos, sections, etc.)
· Validation of announcements to employees.
· Design of indicators to inform on the evolution of the social climate of the company in partnership with the HR / Communication France departments
· Animation of the internal Employer Brand in partnership with the HR/Communication France departments

Contribute to the well-being of Altyormates
· Organizing internal and external events
· Celebration of successes
· Setting up activities around well-being
· Participation in the development of the offices
· Management of customer visits

Profil recherché

De formation Bac +3/+5 en ressources humaines, communication, ou tout autre domaine d'études pertinent. Tu as une expérience de 2 ans minimum
Tu parles anglais, éventuellement chinois et maitrises le Pack Office
Dynamique et à l’aise dans un environnement international, tu apprécies le travail en équipe
Tu es reconnu.e pour ton sens de l'écoute, ton empathie et ton intelligence relationnelle
Tu es bon.ne communicant.e et as le sens du service
Orienté.e résultat, pragmatique et réactif.ve, tu es force de proposition et de persuasion, autonome et polyvalent
Curieux.se, tu es intéressé.e par l’univers des objets connectés et l’IoT

Profile
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Communication or any other relevant field of study (a minimum of 2 years work experience in HR or a similar position.)
* Fluent or high working proficiency in English. (French and Chinese-Mandarin are a plus)
* Excellent listening/communication skills
* A dynamic and open-minded personality with a teamwork mindset
* An independent pro-active leader that is pragmatic, persuasive, responsive and results-oriented
* A customer-oriented mindset that works towards helping employees provide solutions for customer concerns
