We are looking for our next Group Reward Analyst intern/apprentice as of September/October 2025 and for 12 months at our AXA Headquarters
Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within the AXA Group HR department, you will join the Group Reward team as Reward Analyst.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Group Reward team in its missions, various transversal projects and initiatives such as fair pay, diversity & inclusion and HRIS transformation.
- Support on various Reward topics by:
- Contributing to the Group Executives compensation review (main process during the year)
- Support with the Group Executives role grading process and external benchmarking exercise
- Engage with external consultants and third parties’ providers involved in our Group Reward processes
- Be a support pillar for the team in data management and analysis, creating reports and dashboards using our internal HRIS database to extract relevant information for high-level decision making.
- Helping the team maintain up to date individual files and compensation database, monitoring data quality and consistency in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Provide support to the project team involved in the transformation project of our internal AXA’s Executive Compensation Review tool.

Who You Are
· Strong ability to analyze and interpret data with capacity to react and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
· Advanced level of Excel
· Project Management and result oriented in a multi-cultural environment/mindset
· Fluent in English both written and verbal, able to also understand French
· First experience in HR / Rewards is a plus
· Completing a Master degree in HR or Finance (business school is appreciated)
