Reporting to the Design, Maintenance and Technical Department, you will work under the responsibility of the Design Managers and the Design & Technical Director on all phases of a design project. You will contribute to the development of projects in the management and expertise of hotels in operation.

 

Your tasks will include :

·  Provide support, guidance and expertise, focusing not only on future ownership, leasing, management and franchise opportunities, but also on hotels in operation.
·  Responsible for compliance and adherence to LHG design guidelines in all new managed and franchised openings. MEP execution control and reporting.
·  Manage pre-opening engineering activities, testing, commissioning and handover processes for different project types, i.e. new builds, conversions, actions and refurbishments.
·  Leading projects and construction control processes (planning, budget control, implementation and reporting).

Profil

Profil : 

 

De formation supérieure en Ingénierie, vous bénéficiez impérativement d'un diplôme d’ingénieur.

 

D’une expérience de la gestion d’un hôtel ou d’un bâtiment, de 10 à 15 ans ou plus, dans les domaines du chauffage, de la ventilation et de la climatisation, de l’électricité, de la mécanique et/ou de la gestion hôtelière de haut niveau.

 

Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

D’autres langues son souhaitables, mais pas indispensables.
