MAIN MISSIONS
Within the Corporate Supply Chain Department and in the Corporate Demand Process team, the Junior BPO participates with the BPO in designing the processes and information systems related to demand planning. He/She supports the local/zone teams managing these activities in a continuous improvement approach. He/She recommends, deploy and adapt the process and the related IS tools within the Group in accordance with the Supply Chain strategy and the BPO orientation, with the aim to reduce supply cost and improve customer service level.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate to define and document processes and business rules related to the Core Model
- Challenge the business processes application under its responsibility and performance results including change management
- Participate to the validation of the business requirements, functional specifications, and business procedures (evolutions and projects) and final IT solution
- Provide functional assistance to the key users and end-users and co-animate the community
- Prepare all tools for the BPO to animate the key user club organization
- Project oriented : Contributes with the BPO to assist the zone when implementing processes/tools in a new country, and design new/redesign existing supply chain processes in order to increase efficiency
- Provide initial training to new comers
Profil recherché
PROFILE
•Master degree in Supply Chain management (APICS certification is a plus)
•3 years' experience in Demand Planning and IT tool oriented
•Fluent in English (Oral and written)
•Good knowledge of the APS / ERP / reporting tools
•Good communication skills, Transversal management
•Rigorous, capacity to analyze
