Methods and Industrialization engineer

MISSION:

In Groupe SEB Electronic Development Center, in Saint-Lô (Caen area), you will support the Methods and Manufacturing Manager with the new products, and processes industrialisation, and in the efficiency improvment of the production site. With the help of a multidisciplinary team, you will be in charge of :

· Optimizing Manufacturing methods
· Leading productivity improvement with methodological tools (VSM, Standard, 5S…)
· Leading and participating in new ways of manufacturing (robotization, automatization ...)
· Leading the implementation of new products
· Workstation ergonomics improvement (reorganizing flows, workstation)

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

Engineer degree, with industrial project management experience (including internship).

Experience in electronics would be a plus.

Autonomous, ability to innovate and suggest improvement,

Ability to work in an international environment by using professional English

German speaking would be a plus.

Experience and knowledge in LEAN tools are required.
