About the Team and Role
The Human Resources (HR) Department for France comprises of 5 people based in Paris inter-acting permanently with HR colleagues from other countries (the EMEA office is based in London.) Reporting to the Director of HR, you will work in a complex environment across several legal entities. The extreme urgency with which the HR department must respond to regulatory developments and organization change, will mean that a key part of your role will be to participate in - and gradually to take charge of – various HR projects. This will be in addition to your focus on administering Payroll and benefits.
Key responsibilities
· Management of payroll
· Execution of performance pay and benefits
· Administrative monitoring of control procedures
· Financial control and management of accounts for Payroll/Human Resources
· HR reporting and monthly reporting on accounts
· Management of HR projects
· Payroll management in an international context-
· Monitoring and control of bulletins of salary
· Payroll management for inpatriates & expatriates
· Coordination with managers to process overtime payments
· Social Charges monthly, quarterly, and annual
· Management of absence pay deductions/re-calculations (e.g sick leave)
· Calculate tax on wages
· Preparation of annual declarations: DADS-U
· Contact with social agencies (mutual/foresight, retirement, CFE etc. )
· Analysis of exceptional costs (P&L)
· Bank Reconciliation/follow-up of accounts of cash
· Regulatory reports on remuneration
· Special projects. This can include areas such as :
o Reporting on absenteeism or diversity
o Cost-cutting projects
o HR systems
Profil recherché
Required experience
· Experience in management accounting and payroll
· Ideally Management University or Business School qualification: DESCF or DECF
· Experience in a position of Manager & Payroll accounting.
· Very good communication and relationship management skills and team orientated
· Pro-active and voluntary to participate in projects
· English language skills essential
· Excellent computer skills (Excel) and Payroll software (Hypervision)
· Ideally have experience of working in a fast-paced, large, international organisation
