J.P. Morgan’s European real estate funds invest in both direct assets and existing property companies with primary markets being France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. The funds are advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management Global Real Assets, the real estate investment management group within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, with over €65 billion of real estate assets under management in the United States and Europe, the majority of which are direct equity real estate investments in office, retail, warehouse/industrial and residential properties through various funds and separate accounts.

The French office manages the French and Belgian portfolios, i.e. more than €1.7 billion AUM. The French Asset Management team is seeking an individual for a period of 12 months.

The main tasks will be to:
• support both acquisitions and asset management teams :
• Assist in case of special asset management operations such as assets disposals, refinancing, extensive works program, leasing...
• Assist the team in preparing IC committee material and client presentations
• Modelling of Hold/Sell analysis
• Follow up of the asset quarterly valuation and business plans
• Market research , coordinate information from brokers and valuers
• Coordinating information between the different teams in UK, France, Luxemburg, Bangalore and the external property managers

Required skills:

 
• An experience or a specialization in real estate is a plus
• Fluent in French and English mandatory, both written and spoken
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to take on responsibility quickly and work independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work within a global team
