Management Controller France (W/M)

Working in the Finance Department and reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager.
You will contribute to financial analyses and participate in the process to close budgets and accounts.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Monthly financial reporting :

- Participate in development of monthly reporting in collaboration with the global accounting and consolidation departments with sales analysis, margins & costs
- Analysis of monthly reporting by cost centre and monitoring of variances vs current forecasts and vs the budget (sales, travel, fees, capex, etc.)
- Respond to the group's various requests related to closing processes and perform occasional studies
- Optimise production of reporting elements to ensure that deadlines are met.

Budget control:

- Organise budget meetings (3 times per year: budget, forecast 1 and forecast 2) with all managers, participate in budget construction in liaison with operational staff.
- Preparation of budget reporting 3 times per year (P&L, balance sheet)
- Analyse the different variances, understand them and propose action plans necessary to achieving the budget.

Operational management control:
- Establish and develop tools intended for operational staff so as to improve analysis and monitoring of budgets.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Masters-level degree from a business school or university with a specialization in Management Control and 2 years' experience as a management controller, ideally in the luxury goods and ready-to-wear sector.
Methodical, meticulous, and organized.
Good interpersonal skills, and an excellent ability to adapt.
Proactive team player with a positive outlook.
Complete command of Excel and familiarity with Hyperion would be a plus.
Fluent in English.
