We are recruiting a Data Architect / Data Engineer for an international pharmaceutical group in Switzerland.


You will prepare data and data models for sophisticated applications and build innovative applications in close collaboration with the Data Science and Analytics team.

You will develop existing and new data sources in collaboration with the international data engineering team.

Your tasks:

Design, development and operation of the company's internal data and analytics platform.

Cleanse, integrate and Smart- and Big-Data from internal and external data sources.

Creating and improving data models and developing solutions for retrieving and transferring data using Azure Databricks.

Advise and support data analysts in the execution of projects in the field of advanced analysis and, in the future, artificial intelligence.

Working as part of an interdisciplinary team of data and analytics experts.

Profil recherché

You have a degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent with similar experience.

You have knowledge and experience of using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark and GIT.

You are able to program in Python and SQL.

Knowledge of SAP HANA / SAP BW is an advantage.You have a high level of initiative and work independently and autonomously.You are able to communicate clearly in German and English.
