Fragrance Production Unit Manager

Directly reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production activity of the site.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supervising the entire site
Managing the production and maintenance teams
Acting as the administrative management point of contact for the site (local authorities, payroll, accounting, customs, shipping documents, etc.)
Managing the production schedule in liaison with the teams in Grasse
Overseeing the implementation of supplies and shipments (orders, samples, etc.)
Conducting production, dosing, and olfactory control of extracts
Developing, optimizing, and implementing new processes/products in liaison with the teams in Grasse
Establishing the required quality and CSR standards

Profil recherché

Educational background and/or desired experience:

Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Required skills:

Knowledge of Distillation and Extraction techniques.
Proficiency with the Windows environment.
Written and spoken Spanish, B2 level in English.
Specific qualities required:
