Moët Hennessy Wines & Spirits is recruiting an C&B Specialist.
 
Main Responsabilities :
The C&B Officer participates to C&B/IM Policy implementation across the Wine and Spirit HR Community. He/she also helps in developing a C&B Network across Maisons/Regions to secure best practices are identified and shared.
Therefore, its principal tasks will be:
- Manages core C&B activities such as ICR
- Pricings
- Market Benchmark
- Profit Sharing
- reference salary...
- Coordinates International Mobility Policy and oversees Mobility packages made in Maison/Region
- Ensures IM Policy application in Maison/Region
- Coordinates C&B network across Maison/Region
- Secures reporting/scorecards on HR related topics
- Oversees AGP administration

Profil recherché

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Profile:
Education :
- Master Degree in HR or actuary diploma or top Business school
 
Languages :
- French and English fluent (written & spoken)
 
Professional experience & know how :
- Previous experience in International Mobility or Compensation in an International Company (2 to 5 years)
 
Technical & management skills :
- Excellent communication and presentational skills
- Comfortable with numbers, analytical skills
 
Personal & interpersonal skills :
- Service oriented
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work on a variety of issues, priority settings
