What will be your missions?
The Global Retail Accessories Merchandiser's missions will be to provide analysis of Retail sales:
- Implements and monitors quantitative and qualitative analyzes of consolidated retail sales globally, weekly, monthly and end of each season to identify the performance of different product groups and market specifics and makes reporting proper identification (KPI's for the encrypted part and format suitable for the qualitative part)
- Moves the information to Business Units, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Training and CRM teams.
- Helps optimize sale by making recommendations (test sales, reorders, transfers, etc..) with internal and zones in collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Sets in collaboration with the Business Units the list of sale items by optimizing the development of collections:
- In defining with the Supply Chain a priority list for collection in line with the procurement strategy.
- By coordinating the development with the Visual Merchandising
- Ensures the preparation, monitoring and analysis of Buying for Accessories and Shoes for the retail network showrooms.
- Defines the tools for buying and understanding of collections, working with Business Units and Visual Merchandising:
- On pre-buying
- On the carried-over by defining a purchasing strategy
- On the news by defining the structure, size and range of a collection of core offer adapted to different clustering
- Advises the network for the showroom, four times a year, on respect for the logic of buying through the successful implementation of the core offer.
- Analyzes for each season, four times a year, orders from different stores and makes recommendations.
- Ensures monitoring and implementation of recommendations.
- Monitors and implements strategy on mix between permanent and seasonals on both categories.
- Participates to OTB and makes recommendations by collaboration with Supply Chain.
Profil recherché
Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
