As part of the Data Science and Personalization pole at LVMH Digital, you'll be taking a challenging and stimulating mission in consulting all LVMH Maisons in customer analytics data topics, within a dynamic international team.
 
Key requirements for this role is to be data oriented, strong passion for the luxury industry and an understanding of its business challenges, proactivity and creativity.
Team spirit and proven project management skills will be key for your success.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
You'll be supporting the Customer Analytics Lead in her daily activity of consulting the LVMH brands, developed along four major axes:
 
- CUSTOMER DATA ANALYTICS
- You'll be supporting in customer behavior analyses using a combination of traditional CRM analytics with segmentation, clustering and other advanced data techniques. You'll be supporting in framing the data storytelling of the results, with clear, impactful and animated power point presentations.
 
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- You'll be supporting the organization and implementation of CRM use cases with the Maisons and/or external agencies, being a point of contact and follow up with all the relevant stakeholders
 
 
- COMPETITIVE REPORTING
- You'll be responsible for a bi-monthly competitive newsletter on CRM trends in the luxury industry
-  AD HOC CONSULTING TO LVMH MAISONS on other Customer analytics subjects

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Débutant
Candidate Profile
 
 
- Business school with quantitative major, or Engineering school with management / marketing orientation.
- Previous experience in CRM, consulting or an analyst position appreciated
- Strong in Mathematics and Statistics
- Excellent Excel, Power Point skills are mandatory
- Experience with photography / good aesthetic sense
- A real taste for data analysis and simplification of complex ideas into business insights.
- Basic experience with programming (Python), Google analytics or other webanalytics tools is a plus
- Perfect understanding of the digital landscape, you are a digital native
- Rigorous, autonomous, highly proactive, excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in French and English
