What is the Graduate Program by Sephora ?
We offer you a permanent position with a 24-month development program, starting on July 2018.
How is the Program organized ?
You will have the opportunity to hold several positions in Sephora :
- Two rotations in our marketing, digital and merchant teams at the EME HQ in Paris (France)
- Rotation in one of our flagship stores
- Rotation in one of our countries' HQ in Europe or Middle East
 Which functions will you discover ?
The Graduate Program by Sephora will give you the opportunity to explore many activities of our business (Category Management // Product development // Operational Marketing // Digital // Retail Marketing // CRM ..)

Expérience requise : Débutant
Are you the one ?
- You have a Master degree in Marketing with a first professional experience
- You speak English and another European language
- You are truly passionate about beauty and retail environment
 
What is the recruitment process ?
