As the PCR Manager for Louis Vuitton EMEA, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
PCR events & activities
- Coordinate the selection of clients, hospitality programs & hosting for international & regional projects such as fashion shows, high-end events (High Jewellery / High Watch Making, Hard-sided, etc.) and corporate exceptional experiences (Asnières Workshop & Family House, Fiesso d'Artico Shoes Manufacture, Les Fontaines Parfumées, Fondation Louis Vuitton, Champagne Houses visits, etc.)
- Support Client Dev teams with definition of strategic & creative local PCR experiences alongside the Events team or external third parties as appropriate
- Work with Countries Client Development teams to identify and send top clients to relevant exceptional experiences, matching clients' interests and develop their loyalty to the brand
- Develop new "circles" of top clients having same interests and define specific animations
- Be knowledgeable and aware of the market trends and competitors, analysing and recommending areas for business development and improvement
- Provide regular and consistent analysis & feedback to EMEA departments for continuous improvement of top client knowledge
- Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to recruit new high potential clients
- Cost control and budgets for all PCR activities, monitor results & profitability of all actions
Brands partnerships
- Build up a consistent partnerships plan in all EMEA countries to develop new clientele
- Create marketing strategies to identify, target and maintain VIC clients and HNWI
- Nurture and develop relationship with PAs, stylists & concierges to generate business
- Lead the EMEA New High Potential Clients transversal program
- Provide regular analysis & feedback for continuous improvement & monitor results
Hospitality programs & virtual bridges
- Coordinate the organization of all virtual bridges for clients traveling in our markets, structure the activity and develop new efficient collaborative tools (Conciergerie)
- Create & nourish on a regular basis an exciting EMEA Exceptional Addresses & Experiences Book in partnership with Client Dev teams & third parts
- Provide regular analysis & feedback for continuous improvement & monitor results
In-store client experience
- Develop new hospitality services in collaboration with Retail Marketing & Digital departments
- Ensure LV standards are applied and maintained at all times across the client experience
- Identify, share and leverage all best practices across all EMEA stores
- Define the LV clients gifts strategy for EMEA, enrich the catalogue & coordinate logistics
- Cost control and budget optimization
Animation of EMEA Client Development Community on PCR actions
- Provide leadership amongst the team, ensuring a positive team spirit, keeping the team motivated to exceed business objectives
- Constantly liaise with both Central Clients Relations and Countries Client Dev. teams in order to continuously improve Client Experience & push for more creativity
Be an Ambassador for the Louis Vuitton brand
- Be, at all times, a brand ambassador for the Maison with all points of contact of the business
- both internally or externally by representing the brand in as many public/store events and activities, in order to promote LV image, brand, services and products.
- Build and develop clientele loyalty by personally meeting with as many clients as possible
Profil recherché
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
To be successful in this role, you will hold a combination of the following skills and attitudes:
- You hold a significant experience working around topics such as Client Development, CRM and Clienteling in a leading luxury company.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of the trends of the Luxury markets as well as highest standards of Client Experience. You have successfully worked around the notions of Client loyalty and have been used to meeting with Clients in high-stakes events.
- Your leadership skills support you in managing the team as well as your influential skills to collaborate with the many stakeholders of the role.
- You will blossom in a multicultural environment, are curious, open-minded & show strong team work skills. You are open-minded and have a proven-record of budget monitoring.
- Your agility and entrepreneurial spirit will support you in finding new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role.
