As the Retail Performance Manager for Louis Vuitton EMEA, you support the development of the Performance culture in our network of 125 Stores and support them in enhancing their performance on a daily basis. You design and implement management tools & KPIs to measure and optimize the Store operations, In this sense, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
STORE PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT & MONITORING
- Provide expertise on ad hoc basis to the Management (CFO and CEO on right staffing the Stores)
- Work with Operations Directors in their designated Countries to streamline the sales process
- Recommend value added activities that will increase individual UPT, promotes cross-selling of categories, increases retention and return rates of clients
- Identifie & analyze amount of time sales associates allocated to responsibilities other than sales/clientelling and provide recommendations, which will maximize the associates' time with their customers
- Issue and analyze monthly reports (Match-to-traffic, units per Worked hour) and Peers Benchmarking, and provide recommendation to ensure that staffing is in line with the respective Store's customer traffic and support increase in customer conversion rates
- Provide regular in-depth analysis of outliers (over and under performing stores) and work with the Regional action plan to improve the performance
- Organize periodical Store Performance Committee to report on progress and discuss action plans
STORE OPENING AND EXPANSION
- Consults with Store Planning on Back of House layout for all new and expanded stores to ensure maximum use of space and efficiency.
- Helps identify new ideas to improve operations through stores Design initiatives
Profil recherché
Experience required : Minimum 5 years

> You have an in-depth knowledge of the state of Retail in the Luxury world, as well as highest standards of Client Experience. You have successfully worked around the notions of Client Experience.
