Assistant Service Client Supply Chain (H/F) – Stage – FRANCE – 2016

Au sein du département Supply Chain et de l’équipe Service Client, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes…
 
Au sein de l’équipe Supply Chain Service Client Hors Domicile, vous participerez à la définition et à  la mise en œuvre de la route to market logistique.
Vous interviendrez en soutien de l’equipe managériale du Service Client Hors Domicile pour installer et piloter avec nos clients les bonnes pratiques logistiques afin d’ameliorer la relation et participer à la réduction des coûts pour les deux parties.
Pour ce faire, vous participerez et accompagnerez  l’equipe managériale à la mutualisation des livraisons et à la dématérialisation de gestion des commandes. Vous devrez ainsi accompagner nos clients et intervenants internes dans la mise en œuvre de ces nouveaux process (portail internet).
  
Partie Opérationnelle : Vous interagissez avec les différents services de la Supply  Chain( Clamart /Blois). Votre objectif est d’améliorer le service aux clients en permettant un meilleur suivi des opérations par le biais de reportings récurrents répondants aux besoins des acteurs (Scorecard).
 
Partie Projet : Accompagnement des clients dans l’installation des outils de saisie de commande (automatisation). Définir et proposer des solutions de massification pour améliorer les fréquences de livraison. Participation aux développements des outils WEB (recommandation et accompagnement des développements.

Profil recherché

Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si... 
 

Vous êtes de  formation Bac 4/5 école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou université.
Vous avez idéalement effectué un premier stage en supply chain

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation, capacité à travailler en équipe et votre sens de la communication, votre curiosité et votre autonomie

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, VBA et Macro seraient un plus
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et le français
 
Il s’agit d’un stage temps plein de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2016 idéalement basé à Blois ou Clamart. La rémunération sera selon votre profil.  Vous aurez aussi accès au restaurant d’entreprise et 75% du titre de transport vous sera remboursé.
Parce que nous travaillons quotidiennement dans un environnement international, le processus de recrutement se déroule majoritairement en anglais.

In our Supply Chain Department and Customer Service team, you will…
 
Within the professional Away from home customer service team you will take part at the logistic route to market definition and its implementation.
 
You will be supporting the away from home customer service management for developing the pilots and its installation within the distribution channel.You will be proposing options in order to improve our customer route to market and implement good logistic practices for both parties saving generation.
Massification/mutualisation development and implementation / Order dematerialisation/numerisation / Support customer implementation website
 
Operational part : Your will interact within the supply chain chain department( Clamart /Blois). Your goal will be to participate at the customer service level improvement by giving tools and keys to the management team  through operational KPI’s keyboard installation and follow up  (Scorecard).
 
Project part: Help and support our customer base for the website vulgarization and utilization .Develop our mechanization process and stabilize its usage. Define and propose solutions for massifying our deliveries and maximize our deliveries frequency. Take part and propose possible development for our order tool web site
 
 
You might be the one we are looking for…

You are still enrolled in a University, Business or Engineering school and you are studying towards a Master’s Degree
You have already completed a first internship in supply chain…
You are organized, keen in teamwork and you have a good communication skills, your curiosity and your autonomy would be a plus
You know and you want to work with ERP’s , your are computer literate ( VBA and macros will be appreciated
You are fluent in English and French
This is a full time internship that lasts for 6 months at the end of your studies starting ideally January 2016 in Blois or Clamart with compensation according to your profile. You will also have access to the company restaurant, and 75% of your transportation costs will be refunded.
 Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be mostly in English.
