Position Title
Personal Assistant - HR
Mission and Main Objectives
Providing administrative support on a daily basis to the General Managers in the Human Resources team.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Day to day organization of agenda – internal and external meetings.
· Outlook calendar management – meeting room reservation.
· Organization of General Manager and team travel – liaison with travel agency – Visa applications
· Execution of General Managers' travel expenses ( Traveldoo, Credit Card expenses, Invoices)
· Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
· Responsibility for accounts and budgets.
· Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post.
· Planning, venue finding, logistics.
· Day to day liaison with other PAs regarding agenda planning.
· Liaison with NML, NISA and other region Office regarding monthly or Yearly meetings.
· Organizing efficient circulation of information and communication between the different sections of the EUROPE team.

Background & Experience
· Previous experience as executive Personal Assistant
· Experience with full Microsoft office package
· Good relational and communication skills
Minimum Education Required
Bachelors Degree
Specific Technical Skills
· Proven experience in a highly administrative role within a pressurised environment
· Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high change environment
· Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point recognised as super user
· High organizational skills
· Ability to work with little supervision
· Can do attitude & Mindset
· Knowledge of employment laws
