Your mission

PIERRE FABRE MEDICAMENT PRODUCTION recherche un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour un poste de Chargé(e) de Production / Missions d'amélioration continue. Vous rejoindrez l'équipe de production et participerez à l'optimisation des processus de fabrication et conditionnemen t. Ce stage vous permettra de développer vos compétences en production et en amélioration continue, tout en contribuant à la performance de l'entreprise.

Plus précisément:

* Assister l'équipe de production dans la réalisation des tâches quotidiennes
* Participer à l'identification et à l'analyse des axes d'amélioration des processus de production
* Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'amélioration continue (outils 5M / 8D / 5S, standards de production, SMED)
* Assurer le suivi des actions d'amélioration et en mesurer l'impact
* Rédiger des rapports et des présentations
* Veiller au respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité

Who you are ?

Profil Bac +5 ingénieur / pharmacien

Stage de fin d'études

* Connaissance des principes de l'amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
* Rigueur et organisation
* Esprit d'équipe et communication efficace
