Job Description

Au sein du service Contrôle de Gestion Industriel, vous interviendrez sur les périmètres suivants :

· 
4 ateliers de production « Neuf », 1 atelier de réparation, 1 atelier « mixte ».

· 
Méthodes & industrialisation : suivi des activités en mode « projets ».

· 
Supply chain : logistique, approvisionnements, planification, expéditions.

· 
Services généraux du site : travaux et frais de fonctionnement.

Sujets sur lesquels vous serez amené(e) à travailler :

· 
Personnel direct / indirect.

· 
Heures productives par atelier / horaire productif par personne / taux horaire main-d'œuvre.

· 
Frais de fonctionnement par service.

· 
Investissements.

· 
Non-qualité : coûts des rebuts, retouches, imputations internes ou fournisseurs.

· 
Écarts entre temps de fabrication réel et temps prévu.

· 
Encours de fabrication : analyse des ordres de fabrication âgés ou dormants.

· 
Coûts standards et évolution des coûts de production.

· 
Assistance lors des clôtures mensuelles (J+2).

· 
Construction ou amélioration des tableaux de bord existants en fonction des besoins financiers ou opérationnels.

· 
Autres analyses ponctuelles.

Complementary Description

Poste nécessitant des échanges fréquents avec les différents services de l'usine.

Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Power BI serait un plus) et les fonctions avancées d'Excel (recherche, tableaux croisés dynamiques, SOMME.SI, graphiques).

Rigueur, ponctualité, esprit de synthèse et bonne gestion des priorités sont indispensables.

Job Requirements

Une première expérience en contrôle de gestion serait un plus.
