VIE - Industrial Performance Engineer

Description de l'offre

Main missions :
 
1/ In charge of implementing specific SPS tools (5S SIM warehouse etc…) or in charge of improvement / industrialization of a specific process (i.e. planning) or workshop/workstations (i.e. MV cubicle)
2/ Analyze disturbances and 7 main losses to propose improvement. Perform deep dive analysis when needed (flow analysis LT breakdown defect pareto etc…)
3/ Animate Kaizen (Lean Manufacturing Quality wall  etc….) with participation of operators and supervisors. Use VSM Video Analysis 8D.
4/ Stabilize the new processes through disturbance identification (Ohno circles audit KPI analysis) and corrective actions in weekly follow up
5/ Support management practice evolution: animate one point lesson training (20mn 90mn) participate to manufacturing or office Short Interval Management meetings (performance disturbance) and support concerned department (corrective action)

Profile and Competences :
 
The VIE the International Internship Programme is a French international corporate placement programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals
 
·     Education:
Graduate Engineer
·     Technical Field:
Option (Major) in Process engineering Operations management Lean Manufacturing or Quality is a must
·     Work experience needed:
Training in car electronic or electrical industry for a Lean or Quality Project is a must
Training in Quality  Methods department or Production
·     Requested languages :
Mandatory Fluent Russian
English is a must
·     Personal abilities or skills:
Good communication (with operators technician and engineers) animation skills analytical capacities
Excel: good level
