   The position will be located in La Verrière site.

Job Description
   You will be responsible for the industrialization portion of P2 projects following IPROM (Industrial PROject Management) procedure and V5000 Roadmaps.

To reach the industrial project target, you will have to :

- Respect and ensure respect of IProM.
- Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget for the Project.
- Responsible for the manufacturing concept and assembly process of the P2 Project
- Alert the managers when standards are not met.
- Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.
- Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets.
- Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development.
- Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering. In such perform DFA/DFM with the project team.
- Manage the process development documentation (Process Flow, Machine Specifications, PFMEA...)
- Procurement of prototype equipments / Tools for Prototype parts
- Definition of serial process and equipment/tools / generic specification for serial equipment
- Propose definition of new standards / Update of existing ones

Ensure respect of:
- All Quality standards to guaranty our customers, products and services conformity.
- All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.

Properly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.

   Mechanical/Electrical/PLC programmer Engineer.

Areas of experience
   2 years in process development or production ideally in the automotive industry
