Head of affiliates & Partnerships at Meetic-Match Group

Within the Consumer Acquisition Department, the team is critical to business driving new customer acquisition in multiple markets and brand in Europe handling a multi-million Euro budget.

Reporting to the Digital Acquisition Director, you will be in charge of the following missions:

* Actively lead & grow online marketing channels (affiliates and partners) across a portfolio of brands and markets
* A performance-marketing role & ROI focused. The candidate must be comfortable working across different data sets, reporting & getting stuck into numbers and manage the largest proportion on Online acquisition budget
* Lead, manage and nurture a highly talented team

Specific Responsibilities:

* Responsible to deliver the acquisition KPIs on a monthly basis
* Lead a team of 3 members to ensure optimisation and growth of affiliates: through networks / email / direct management
* Lead existing and develop new partnerships with a ROI focus focussing with cross functions (Meetic chatbot)
* Pro-active Online Budget (P&L) Management - multi-million AFF and Partnership budget
* Work with team to develop monthly media plans, strategy to launch new brands/segments/markets
* Work with the Display team / designers to harmonise all affiliate creatives with performance in mind
* Manage and optimise all touch points including landing pages
* Develop business growth through promotions / offers…
* Lead development of tools / tracking with the acquisition support team

Profil recherché

* 4-6 years' experience in high performance online Marketing role, DR/acquisition focused - focussing on AFF networks / Direct management of partners
* Analytical & ROI focused, with a strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Proven record in delivering successful DR/performance marketing campaigns
* Numerical and highly analytical.
* Culturally, enjoys working in a fast moving, vibrant environment
* Passionate about our business and online marketing, naturally inquisitive
* Someone who prides themselves on nurturing and growing a talented team. We are looking for a leader who can mentor a talented team as well and work in a collaborative way with other colleagues in the company}
