Within Thales Corporate Engineering (TCE), the "Tiger team" provides coaching to Engineering Managers and animates the Thales Engineering Managers community.
The main missions are:
• Coaching and support missions consisting in :
- Support the Group entities (GBU, BL, Countries) for their Engineering Performance Plans definition and deployment, mainly European Countries
- Coach Engineering Managers and supporting them in their organization maturity growth
- Bring coaching and expertise on engineering execution pahses : Products or Projects
- During bid phase: provide help for Gates preparation, challenge the estimates, perform technical evaluations
• Management practices definition and knowledge sharing in a collaborative approach using eTUP and communities
• Maturity assessments of Engineering at organizations / products / projects level
