about the role
We are looking for a talented and curious Automation Specialist to join our team and help us streamline our automation projects across multiple regions.
As an Automation Specialist, you will support the Automation Director in conducting various automation projects efficiently. You will be responsible for deploying and customizing modern automation tools and applications to meet project needs. Your role will involve automating exchanges within different countries and developing automated methods for efficient project follow-up. Knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and customize modern automation tools and applications.
Automate exchanges and workflows across 26 countries.
Develop automated methods for efficient follow-up of project actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Utilize AI and machine learning to enhance automation processes.
about you
Experience in deploying and customizing automation tools or applications.
Experience in automating workflows.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
Knowledge about Salesforce Einstein or H2O.ai or Microsoft Power Automate would be a plus.

Au sein de la division Orange Innovation et sous la direction du group CTO, Networks construit la stratégie technologique des réseaux du Groupe à travers des activités de R&D sur tous les segments de réseau. L’entité Networks pilote également les activités de standardisation, de sélection des fournisseurs et de validation / (virtualisation, 5G, ...) ainsi que les analyses technico économiques des budgets réseaux et soutient les pays dans la planification et le dimensionnement des réseaux et l'amélioration de la qualité de service des réseaux. Networks assure aussi la construction et l’exploitation d’infrastructures Telco Cloud pour le groupe et l’exploitation de réseaux en Europe (Network Operating Center) et de plateformes de services mutualisées plus largement dans le groupe. L’entité pilote également l’évolution des pratiques d’exploitation via l’intelligence artificielle et la transformation des systèmes IT OSS.
Networks est très impliqué dans les nouveaux « value streams » d’innovation, en particulier « Telco as a Platform » et « New Consumer Connectivity ».
