Zephalto , low carbon space flights in stratospheric balloon

Our mission To give the best view of the Earth you need to change your horizon
How? By redefining the standards of space flights through a new access to the stratosphere in 2024, 25km away from Earth
What? Zephalto develops low carbon space flights in stratospheric balloon. We design the experience of the Overview Effect for voyagers and build the first observation platform 25km away from Earth (15km above the planes)

Supported by the French space agency (CNES), Zephalto was launched by Vincent Farret d'Astiès in 2017, and our team of 25 already has some great achievements:

·  We have already flown several innovative prototypes with pilots on board
·  We are supported by the European Space Agency (ESA), incubated at HEC and Station F , and benefits from strong support from the Occitanie region, Airbus Development and BPI
·  We have been selected as one of the 10 future European aerospace unicorns by SpaceFounders
·  Strong investors and an active ecosystem of expert partners
·  Our workshops in Toulouse for the Research and Prototyping teams and our offices in Paris (Station F) for Business Development and Marketing

Descriptif du poste

En qualité d'Assistant(e) Communication & Marketing, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique pour contribuer au renforcement et à l'expansion de la notoriété internationale de notre marque. Votre rôle consistera à soutenir l'équipe marketing et commerciale dans la création de supports et contenus ainsi que dans le développement commercial.

Vous rejoindrez ainsi une équipe passionnée dont l'ambition la pousse vers les étoiles !

Vous participerez à une palette de missions variées :

Brand content & communication

Élaboration des supports marketing & commercial : Participer à la création de présentations destinées aux BtoC, BtoB, événements, partenaires ou à l'équipe interne (utilisation de logiciels tels que Office 365, Canva, Adobe, Figma…)

Participer à l'élaboration des contenus de la marque (publications pour les réseaux sociaux, articles, outils de communication…) via l’utilisation de différents logiciels tels que Office 365, Canva, Adobe, Figma…

E-mailing : newsletters via Brevo BtoB / BtoC / NL interne, gestion de base de données, suivi des performances

Site internet - *Webflow, WeGlot, Shopify, Google Analytics *

Création de contenu et Intégration des optimisations pour nos deux sites internet BtoC et BtoB (en construction)

Suivi et analyse des performances du site + recommandations

Gestion des traductions via WeGlot (anglais / français)

Création de contenus pour le site internet (mise à jour, articles, rédaction...)

Benchmark

Concurrence directe et indirecte (actualités, communication)

Prestataires

Veille Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube

Participation    au    développement    commercial : Identifier          de    nouvelles opportunités de marché

Évènementiel et gestion de projet

 Organisation, suivi et analyse des performances des évènements et salons auxquels participent la marque

Démarchage des prestataires

Participation    au    développement    commercial : Identifier          de    nouvelles opportunités de marché

Identifier des opportunités de partenariats stratégiques avec d'autres marques ou des entreprises complémentaires

Profil recherché

À propos de votre profil

Vous êtes actuellement en formation de Communication, Marketing, Journalisme, école de commerce ou équivalent (niveau bac+4/5).

Vous aimez écrire en français et en anglais avec une sensibilité pour les secteurs de l’industrie spatiale et du luxe

Vous êtes rigoureux, créatif, autonome, minutieux et maniez les réseaux sociaux les outils créatifs (Canva, Office 365, Adobe, Figma…) avec aisance

Vous êtes proactif et souhaitez travailler sur des projets challengeant

Une première expérience en start-up serait appréciée !
