POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible process flow for Quote creation, management, and distribution of commercial quotations, leveraging ERP and CRM systems to optimize quoting workflows and customer interactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creation of quotes for commercial organization utilizing ERP and CRM systems to generate accurate and timely outputs.

Work closely with all departments integral to the quotation process.

Manage quote creation process from initiation to distribution.

Undertake pricing and profitability analysis on pricing data and profitability metrics.
Comply with Service Level Agreement with commercial organization and company policies.

Provide support to the commercial sales organization.

Drive continuous improvements of all workflows and processes to increase work effectiveness.

Profil recherché

Requirements

University Degree or work-based equivalent.
Significant (5 years) experience working within a broader commercial organization.
Experience working with B2B customers.
Ability to work in English - French or German advantageous.


Understanding of the quoting process including the contingencies between departments.
Strong commercial acumen and solid financial understanding.
Excellent Project management skills.
Analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights for quoting optimizations.
Experienced understanding of ERP systems, Salesforce.com (SFDC), and Microsoft suite.
Experience with SFDC CPQ.
