Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic International Sales Director to lead and expand sales operations in the precision machining industry. This position requires a results-driven professional with strong expertise in global sales management, particularly in modular tooling and high-precision machining solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, an ability to drive revenue growth, and a keen understanding of international market dynamics.



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a global sales strategy to increase market share and revenue.
Lead and mentor an international sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and distributors.
Analyze sales data and market trends to refine business strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance sales effectiveness.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for global sales operations.
Negotiate contracts and key agreements with international clients.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Implement CRM tools and sales analytics to optimize performance tracking.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.

Profil recherché

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in international sales leadership within the precision machining or tooling industry.
Strong expertise in technical sales, business development, and global market expansion.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and team management abilities.
Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies, machining solutions, and modular tooling.
Experience with CRM systems, sales performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French is desirable.
Ability to travel internationally (approximately 50% of the time).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.


Additional Information:

The position is based in Switzerland, with international travel required.
