Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee commercial activities in Spain, ensuring business growth and market expansion. The role involves managing existing customer relationships, driving new business development, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute sales strategies for the Spanish market in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Oversee sales forecasts, order management, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and participate in trade shows and industry events to strengthen market presence.
- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Ensure effective merchandising and promotional activities at points of sale.
- Provide training to sales staff and key stakeholders on product offerings.
- Establish connections with industry-related institutions, including agricultural and landscaping schools.
- Adhere to company policies related to quality, environmental standards, and health & safety.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Prepare competitive offers aligned with company pricing policies.
- Implement discount and sampling strategies within defined guidelines.
Profil recherché
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, ideally in a technical product environment.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating field sales teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently; valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Spain (80% of the time).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the agricultural, landscaping, or forestry sectors is a plus.
- Native Spanish speaker with at least B2-level English; French is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (ProConcept), Power BI, and CRM tools.
